Get to the point... What is this electronic rag really all about? Business. Small business, home based business, professional practices, retail shops and manufacturers. You name it. It's all about business. Specifically, we focus on ways for real businesses to use the Internet, whether they're just getting started online or have been collecting clicks for Internet eons. (That would be anything over 3 months...) We ramble across the entire online business spectrum. TalkBiz News is really a one man show, like most newsletters. I say "we" out of respect for the enormous contribution of the experienced and capable authors whose work is occasionally included. The bearded guy to the left is me, your humble (yeah, right) editor. I'm pretty picky, folks. I've been putting out this rag for 4 years. You're not going to get a lot of the same old stuff here. Most of the material I print is original, not retreads from the other ezines you get. The majority of it isn't available anywhere else. All of it can make you money. Some of it will even make you think. The publishing schedule isn't fixed. It might be three issues a week, it might be one a month. Simply put, if I don't have something really good to send you, I won't send you anything at all. You also won't find a lot of hype here. Some of the worst trash I've seen in the ezine biz has great build-up, but no substance. (For those who want to know if it's worth reading, I've included a couple of recent testimonials over there on the right.) Try it out. If you don't like it, it's easy to unsubscribe. And I guarantee you, no one else will get your email address from me, for any reason, at any time. Including those so-called publishers who trade their subscriber lists. A word of warning: If you have fixed ideas about what works and what doesn't, if you're offended by strong opinions, or if you're allergic to new thinking, don't subscribe.
